Brand Redesign
Wildlife Conservation Society
This project was a three-part series creating a new brand identity for the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). It involved making a creative brief, a brand toolkit, and a campaign proposal. Each one needed to persuade a certain target audience to support the WCS and explain why their work is important. The goal was to implement the new designs on marketing materials to spread awareness of the organization's efforts in protecting wildlife.
For the new logo, I wanted to keep features that the WCS already uses while creating a more memorable look. The colours used remain the same as they are reminiscent of grasslands and oceans. The icon is an animalistic face—which had different interpretations from viewers—allowing the brand to represent a variety of species.
